Eddy Thrower

Eddy Thrower is the drummer for the top UK rock band Lower Than Atlantis, where he has played a key role in the band’s success and presence on the UK rock scene.

Alongside his band career, Eddy is one of the UK’s busiest session drummers. He has worked with major international artists including One Direction, 5 Seconds of Summer, and Linkin Park, as well as contributing to recordings for films and television advertisements.

Eddy has toured and performed with a wide range of prominent artists such as Blink-182, Linkin Park, You Me At Six, and A Day to Remember, showcasing his versatility across different rock and pop genres.

With Lower Than Atlantis, Eddy has become a regular on the UK festival circuit. The band has performed at Reading and Leeds Festival an unprecedented four times, as well as appearing at Download Festival twice, Boardmasters twice, and major international festivals including Rock am Ring and Graspop.

Despite a demanding performance schedule, Eddy is dedicated to teaching and works as a drum tutor. He has helped hundreds of students progress through graded exams, supporting them in developing their skills and pursuing their own musical ambitions.

Eddy has recently expanded his reach through YouTube, where he shares drumming content that has received a strong and growing positive response.
